Fitting clipstech® vario decor profiles
1. Saw the cover profile to the required length. Keep the remaining profile cut-off to one side, as this will later act as a guideline for the height of the round-headed screws.
2. Set Ø 6 mm drill holes aligned for the plugs:
Drill hole depth = plug length + 10 mm
Set the drill holes in the start and finish area approx. 100 mm away from the edge and spread the remaining holes evenly approx. 200 mm apart (over 1 m we recommend 5 plugs and screws). The expansion joint must be at least 12 mm.
3. Lay the profile cut-off in the area to be bridged and, with the help of a meter ruler, measure the height from the floor to underside of the joint pan.
4. Now screw in the round-headed screw to the height previously measured and clip on the cover profile. Finished!
