Tips about combitech®
combitech®-logika®
Naturally we produce all logika® profiles in the standard combitech® system dimensions with the practical combitech® alignment groove. This provides you with the whole combitech® system for creating your ideas.
Besides uncoated, our logika® aluminium profiles also come with anodized or powder-coated finishes in silver, titanium, and beech colors. This gives them a particularly attractive and technical look, which is ideally suited for making design furniture. These six types of profile come in up to four sizes, which can all be combined and worked with together, irrespective of the sizes. This is a result of the hole distances from centre hole to centre hole with both the 25.0 mm and 12.5 mm gap sizes, which makes them fit on top of each other exactly.
The material and surface treatments make all our aluminium profiles hygienic, antiseptic, resistant to environmental conditions, and easy to clean – and therefore ideal for use in the food or outdoor sector.
Furthermore, all logika® aluminium profiles are relative lightweights compared with most perforated rails available in shops. You will therefore find the ideal application for shelving and organizing systems in delivery trucks and building site vehicles, particularly from the point of view of saving fuel and increased safety due to shorter braking distances.
The logika® steel profiles are galvanized or additionally coated white. This makes them resistant to damp and so they do not rust. The material is ideally suited for heavy demands and for designs that require high strength.
Select the matching oval-headed screw and cylindrical screws set:
M2 screw set for logika® profiles, 7.5 mm
M3 screw set for logika® profiles, 15.5 mm
M5 screw sets for logika® profiles, 23.5 mm
M6 screw sets for logika® profiles, 35.5 mm
M2 and M3 screw sets are available in one length. Sizes M5 and M6 come in three lengths:
if you want to screw an angle profile to another angle profile, use the shorter screws.
As there are also square tubes in the range, you need the medium length screws to join a square tube to an angle profile.
To join one square tube with another square tube, use the long screw sets.
